Do you need the Password changed on your Gateway. If so you must call our NOC once a month to have it changed.
WE do not do it automatically
· The password is always set to our standard.

Call the NOC at (800) 380-4712 and tell them that you want the Password changed on your Gateway. If there is not answer just leave them a Voice Mail of who you are and what you want.
